摘要
以聚乙烯醇(PVA)为成膜剂制备了介孔材料SBA-15以及PT/SBA-15复合膜修饰电极,考察了其在肌红蛋白上的电化学行为,实验结果表明,SBA-15以及PT/SBA-15复合膜修饰电极对肌红蛋白都有一定的催化氧化作用,和SBA-15相比,PT/SBA-15复合膜修饰电极对Mb具有更好的催化性能;在相同的条件下,不同浓度的PT/SBA-15复合膜修饰电极对Mb具有不同的电催化作用,浓度大的效果更优。
SBA - 15 and PT/SBA - 15 composite film modified electrode were synthesized with Polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) as a film - forming agent. The results showed that PT/SBA - 15 composite film modified electrode had better catalytic ability than SBA - 15 composite film modified electrode. Under the same conditions, the large concentration of PT/SBA - 15 composite membrane modified electrode had better electro catalytic effect on Mb.
