摘要
对中海炼化惠州炼油二期项目新建烯烃转化装置进行了介绍。新建烯烃转化装置采用LUMMUS技术来源,通过碳四原料预处理、碳四选择加氢、反应精馏和烯烃转化反应等单元,将碳四和乙烯原料转换为丙烯,充分利用炼化装置副产碳四组分,并达到增产丙烯的目的。
The new built Olefin Conversion Unit （OCU） of CNOOC 0il ＆ Petrochemicals Co. ,Ltd is introduced. The technology comes from LUMMUS. The C4 and ethylene are convent to propylene through the unit, which includes C4 feed treatment, Selective C4 Hydrogenation Unit （SHU）, CD Hydro Deisobutanizer Unit and Olefin Conversion Unit, etc. The OCU can make use of the C4 and increase propylene production.
