摘要
针对天然气液化工厂开车阶段洗涤塔再沸器重烃出口管线的低温问题,从工艺设计、管道设计、操作运行等角度进行分析,找出产生低温的原因,并提出增加压差控制阀、调整管线连接方式、增加放空阀及放空管线、调整开车顺序等解决方法,使洗涤塔再沸器恢复正常运行工况。
This paper aims at providing solutions for low - temperature problem at the outlet of the scrubber reboiler during the LNG plant start - up stage. The relevant reasons are analyzed from the perspective of process design, pipeline design, operation and so on. The corresponding solutions such as installing differential pressure control valve, adjusting the pipeline connection, increasing the vent valves and pipes, adjusting the start - up sequence are proposed to help return to normal operating conditions.
