摘要 针对民族院校工科专业课程存在的学生个体性差异大、教学考核检测难达到预期效果、学业评价考核方式单一等问题,提出了分层教学的课改方案。从教学对象、教学目标以及教学评价三个方面对分层教学进行了阐述。通过教学改革,因材施教,使得不同层次的学生能够在自己所在层次内很好的完成学业内容,增加他们的学习积极性和信心以及对专业课程的兴趣。 The problems such as individual differences for students, educational examination is difficult to achieve the expected effect and evaluation method single are existed in engineering courses in universities of nationalities. So, this paper puts forward the stratified teaching method. The method is stated from the target student, teaching objective and teaching evaluation. Through the teaching reform and individualized quality education, the students of different levels can complete their subjects studied commendably. Meanwhile, their confidence, enthusiasm and interest in the professional study can be increased.
