厌氧半固定床生物膜反应器抗冲击性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用自主研发的以生物带作为载体的厌氧半固定床生物膜反应器处理人工模拟废水,探究其抗冲击性能。结果表明,在容积负荷提升30%至5.25 kg CODom^(-3)·d^(-1),同时将温度由35±2℃降至26℃左右的双重冲击条件下,运行一周后,COD去除率、出水pH值和容积产气率分别由88%、8.0、和2.27 m^3·m^(-3)·d^(-1)降低至最低值67%、6.76和1.76 m^3·m^(-3)·d^(-1),出水挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)、VFA/碱度分别由309.11 mg/L、0.26升至最高值638.60 mg/L、0.61,反应器出现轻微酸化趋势;容积负荷维持不变,温度恢复至35±2℃,仅历时11天,COD去除率、容积产气率、出水VFA、VFA/碱度和pH值迅速恢复并分别稳定在88%、2.2 m^3·m^(-3)·d^(-1)、320mg/L、0.26和7.58左右,反应器较快地恢复正常性能,证明该反应器具有较强的抗冲击能力。 The self - designed anaerobic semi - fixed bed biofilm reactor with biological belt as the semi - fixed carrier was used to treat the synthetic wastewater to study its impact resistance. The results showed that when the rector was operated for a week under the double impact conditions where the volume load rate increased by 30% to 5.25 kgCOD · m^-3·d^-1 and the temperature dropped from 35 + 2 ℃ to about 26 ℃ , the COD removal rate, effluent pH and volumetric gas production rate decreased from 88% , 8.0, and 2.27 m^3·m^-3·d^-1 to minimum value of 67%, 6.76 and 1.76 m^3·m^-3·d^-1, and the effluent volatile fatty acids (VFA) and VFA/alkalinity increased from 309.11 mg/L and 0.26 to the highest value of 638.60 mg/L and 0. 61 respectively. So slight acidification trend occurred. When the temperature returned to 35 + 2 ℃ while the volumetric load rate remained unchanged, the COD removal rate, volumetric gas production rate, effluent VFA, VFA/alkalinity and pH were rapidly restored and stabilized at 88% , 2.2 m^3·m^-3·d^-1 , 320 mg/L,0. 26 and 7.58 after 11 days. The reactor returned to normal performance quickly, showing that it had a strong impact resistance.
