经皮穴位电刺激治疗肛肠疾病术后尿潴留临床疗效分析

Analysis of Clinical Effect of Transcutaneous Electrical Acupoint Stimulation in the Treatment of Postoperative Urinary Retention in Patients with Anorectal Diseases

目的观察经皮穴位电刺激(TEAS)治疗肛肠疾病手术后尿潴留的临床疗效。方法将282例肛肠疾病手术后出现尿潴留患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各141例。治疗组在第2、3、4骶后孔处(此处分别为第2、3、4骶神经后支通行处,对应于次髎、中髎、下髎)采取经皮穴位电刺激法,对照组则采用传统心理放松、听流水声、热敷下腹部等诱导排尿法。结果两组总有效率,治疗后症状体征总积分、首次排尿时间积分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经皮穴位电刺激治疗肛肠疾病术后尿潴留疗效显著,减轻了患者的痛苦,又操作简便、安全、无创,适宜推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation（TEAS） in the treat- ment of postoperative urinary retention in patients with anoreeta] diseases. Methods 287 cases of urinary retention after operation of anorectal diseases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 141 cases of each. The treatment group received transcutaneous aeupoint electrical stimulation at the posterior sacral foramen at 2,3,4 （here are the 2,3,4 sacra] nerve posterior branch of traffic, corresponding to Ciliao, Zhongliao, and Xia]iao） ,while the control group adopted traditional psychological relaxa- tion, listening to the sound of water, hot compress at lower abdomen and other induced urination methods. Results The total effec- tive rate of the two groups, the total score of symptoms and signs after treatment, and the first micturition time were compared, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The effect of transeutaneous electric acupoint stimulation on u- rinary retention after anorectal operation is remarkable, which relieves the pain of the patient. And it is simple, safe, non-invasive and suitable for promotion.
