三镜联合手术方案治疗肝外胆道结石患者的临床疗效及预后情况分析

Analysis of Clinical Efficacy and Prognosis of Patients with Extrahepatic Bile Duct Stones Treated with Three Mirror Combined Surgery

目的探讨对肝外胆道结石患者实施三镜联合手术方案治疗的方法和临床效果。方法选取2015年2月至2017年2月我院收治的肝外胆道结石结石患者104例,随机分成两组,对30例对照组患者实施常规开放手术治疗,对观察组30例患者实施三镜联合手术方案治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者在治疗各项手术指标及并发症发生率的比较结果上均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肝外胆道结石患者实施三镜联合手术方案治疗的效果显著,且安全有效,值得临床进行推广。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic method and clinical effect of three mirror combined surgical treat- ment for patients with extrahepatic bile duct stones. Methods 104 cases of extrahepatic bile duct stones treated in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2017were chosen and randomly divided into two groups. 31） cases of patients in the control group were treated with conventional open surgery, while 30 cases of patients in the observation group were treated with three mirror com- bined surgery, and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed. Results Compared with the control group, the compari- son results of each operation index and complication rate of the observation group were significantly better, P 〈 0.05, statistically significant. Conclusion The effect of three mirror combined surgery on the treatment of extrahepatic bilially calculi is significant, safe and effective, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
