运用重要性-绩效分析模型开展自贡市乡镇卫生院护理服务感知质量研究

Study on Perceived Quality of Nursing Service in Township Health Center of Zigong City Based on IPA Model

目的运用重要性-绩效分析(IPA)模型分析自贡市乡镇卫生院护理服务感知质量。方法构建乡镇卫生院护理服务质量重要性-感知绩效调查问卷,对自贡市24个乡镇卫生院进行调查后构建IPA模型进行分析。结果有7个条目分布在高重要性-高绩效象限,4个条目分布在高重要性-低绩效象限,7个条目分布在低重要性-低绩效象限,5个条目分布在低重要性-高绩效象限。结论 IPA模型能区分感知质量问题的轻重缓急,是分析乡镇卫生院护理服务质量的有用工具。

Objective To analyze the perceived quality of nursing service in township hospitals of Zigong City by IPA model. Methods First, building the questionnaire of perceivedimportance of nursing service quality in township hospitals, and then the IPA model was constructed and used to analyze after surveying the 24 township hospitals in Zigong City. Results 7 items were distributed in high importance-high performance quadrant,4 itemswere distributed in high importance - low performance quadrant, 7 items were distributed in low importance-low performance quadrant,5 items were distributed in low importance - high performance quadrant. Conclusion IPA model can distinguish the priority of perceived quality problems, and it is a useful tool to analyze the quality of nursing service in township hospitals.
