摘要 [目的/意义]中药作为中华民族的传统医药,其国际化问题一直备受关注,而专利作为技术创新的载体,研究其流动状况具有重要的现实意义。[方法/过程]以国际范围内通过PCT途径申请的植物药专利为研究样本,采用社会网络分析法绘制中药专利流动可视化网络图,识别其中的核心流动国家,进一步通过分析核心国家内部流动状况,以美国、日本和澳大利亚为代表采用Logistic回归分析探讨影响中药专利流动质量的技术特征因素,以期为我国中药专利走向世界提供些许建议,推动中药产业的国际化发展进程。[结果/结论]研究结果表明,美国、日本等属于中药的知识流动核心,对整体网络具有影响作用;中药专利的流动质量与技术覆盖范围、科学关联性、技术强度等技术特征因素相关,我国中药想走向国际必须保持高质量的技术创新。 [Purpose/Signlfieance ] Much attention has been paid to the internationalization of the traditional Chinese medicine. Since pa- tent is the carrier of technological innovation, it is of great practical significance to study the flow of traditional Chinese medicine patent. [ Method/Process ] Taking the botanical medicine patents by the way of PCT application as the research sample, this paper first draws Chi- nese medicine patent flow visualization network using social network analysis method, then identifies the core flow countries, further anal- ysis of the internal flow among the core countries is conducted afterwards. Taking the U. S. , Japan and Australia as the representative, u- sing logistic regression analysis, the technical factors influencing the quality of Chinese medicine patent flow is explored, in order to pro- vide some suggestions for the internationalization of Chinese medicine patent in China, and to promote the development of internationaliza- tion of Chinese medicine industry. [ Result/CondusionJ The results show that the U. S. and Japan belong to the flow core countries, and are influential in the whole network; since technical coverage, scientific relevance, technical strength and other technical characteristics are related to the flow quality, to successfully implement the internationalization strategy, traditional Chinese medicine must maintain high quality technology innovation.
