外部知识搜索策略对企业吸收能力的影响研究

Study on the Influence of External Knowledge Search Strategy on Enterprise Absorptive Capacity

[目的/意义]知识搜索、吸收能力已成为创新理论和企业管理实践的关注焦点。[方法/过程]基于已有研究的评述,本文推演出外部知识搜索策略与企业吸收能力之间关系的理论假设,并通过问卷调查和回归分析来实证检验。[结果/结论]结果发现:企业外部知识搜索宽度与探索式学习、转化式学习及利用式学习之间均存在倒U型关系;企业外部知识搜索深度与转化式学习和利用式学习之间存在倒U型关系,但外部知识搜索深度对探索式学习产生正面影响。

[ Purpose/Significance] Knowledge search and absorptive capacity has become the focus of innovation theory and enterprise management practice. [ Method/Process ] Based on the review of existing research, the hypotheses of relationship between knowledge search strategies and absorptive capacity are proposed, and these hypotheses are tested by using questionnaire and regression analysis. [ Re- suit/Conclusion ] The results show that： there are inverted U-shaped relationship among the depth of a fLrm＇s external knowledge search and its exploratory learning, transformative learning, and exploitative learning; there axe inverted U-shaped relationship between the breadth of a firm＇s external knowledge search and its transformative learning, exploitative learning. In particular, the depth of a firm＇ s ex- ternal knowledge has positive effect on exploratory learning.
