摘要
针对成型永磁风力发电机气隙磁场调节困难、难以提高发电机性能的问题,文章通过推导轴向磁通定子无铁芯永磁发电机在基波与谐波磁场下的绕组系数和电动势方程,采用改变线圈边宽和厚度2种方法来提高发电机性能。实验分析结果表明:绕组空间布局对发电机性能有显著的影响,改进后的发电机电压波形正弦性畸变率THD为2.4%,比改进前减少54%,效率达到90%,比改进前提高了3.3%。采用该方法设计出的风力发电机性能较好,具有一定的使用价值。
Aiming at the difficulties in the air-gap magnetic field adjustment and the improvement of the performance of the permanent magnet wind generator, the winding factor and the induced voltage of the air-cored axial flux generator in the fundamental and harmonic magnetic field are derived. There are two kinds of approaches to improve the performance of the generator by changing the width and thickness of the coil. Experimental result shows that the distribution of windings has a significant im- pact on the performance of the generator. The improved generator electromotive force waveform sine distortion rate THD is 2.4%, which is reduced by 54%, and the efficiency reaches 90%, which increases by 3.3%. The designed wind generator has good performance and certain practical value.
