摘要
机床横梁铸件因残余应力释放而导致的变形严重影响其尺寸精度。通过对某机床厂生产的龙门式机床横梁铸件实际分析,使用三维造型软件Pro/E对横梁进行三维建模,使用ProCAST软件对横梁成形过程进行应力场模拟仿真,预测了缩孔、缩松等缺陷的分布。
Deformation of beam caused by the residual stress releasing seriously affects the dimension pre- cision. By analyzing planer type machine tool beam casting from a machine tool plant, the 3D modeling software Pro/E was used to establish a 3D model,and the stress field was simulated by ProCAST soft- ware to analyze the results and forecast the residual stress in the process of casting production. Finally, countermeasures were put forward.
