摘要
针对某阀体熔模铸件在生产中经常出现缩孔、缩松缺陷的情况,采用ProCAST软件对其金属液充型及凝固过程进行数值模拟。在初始模拟结果的基础上,改变浇注参数,实现铸件浇注系统的优化,并采用3D打印技术打印出实物并进行实际工艺验证,从而得到优质铸件。
Aiming at shrinkage porosities (holes) in investment casting valve body, ProCAST software was applied to visualize filling and solidification process of the liquid metal. Based on the simulated re- sults, through adjusting the casting parameters, the gating system was optimized. Meanwhile, actual process was verified by using 3D printing to print practical pattern, so high quality valve body was pro- duced.
