新兴传播媒介的迅猛发展和广泛运用,深刻影响和改变了党建工作的客观环境,既对党建工作带来新机遇,成为意识形态教育的"新平台",组织建设的"新阵地",党群沟通的"新渠道",权力监督的"新工具";同时,网络又对党的思想理论工作、党和政府的公信力、新闻宣传工作、干部队伍建设和执政安全都提出了新挑战。应对这些挑战应当从转变思想观念、加强顶层设计、搭建高效平台、完善体制机制等方面入手,着力提高智慧党建水平。

The rapid development and extensive use of new media like network have deeply influenced and changed the objective environment of party building. Such change has brought new opportunities for party building. The new media became the new platforms of ideological education, the new frontier of organizational building, new channel to connect the party and the ordinary people, and the new tool of power regulation. On the other hand, the internet has brought challenges to the party＇s ideological and theoretical work, the party＇s and the government＇s credibility, works of propaganda, the cadre training and the security of the status of governing party. We must respond to these challenges by changing ideas, strengthening the top-level design, setting up efficient platform and perfecting the mechanism of the system, and strive to improve the level of wisdom party building.
