融合智慧城区平台 提升城市社区党建工作覆盖力

Integrating Smart Community Platform,Enhancing the Coverage of Party Building

互联网快速发展、城市网络平台不断丰富为城市社区党建工作提升覆盖力带来的有利条件,本文依据天津党建数字化平台建设的主要做法,提出城市社区党建工作融合智慧社区平台的具体技术路径、融入方式和建设思路。在此基础上,提出融合智慧城区平台,提升党建工作覆盖力要遵循大党建互动、服务为先和公众参与三项基本原则,并在具体操作时应重点关注统一领导、顶层设计、上下联动三个方面事项。

This paper analyzes the favorable conditions of enhancing the coverage of urban community party building, which are the rapid development of the Internet and the enrichment of urban network platforms. Based on the main prac- tice of building the digital platform in party building in Tianjin, this paper proposes the specific technical path, the mode of integration and ideas of construction concerning the process of integrating urban community party building into smart community platforms. On this basis, this paper proposes the three basic principles of integrating smart community platform and enhancing coverage of urban community party building work, including the party building interaction principle, the ＂service first＂ principle and the public participation principle. Concrete operations should focus on three aspects, including unified leadership, top-level design and upper and lower linkage.
