二元绩效考核体系的应用效果

摘要 目的调动护理人员工作积极性,探索适合基层医院的护理绩效二次分配的考核方案。方法通过多次调研与沟通,建立以工作效率和工作质量为基础的二元绩效考核体系,在反复检验的基础上设立各指标权重和分值,对护理人员绩效二次分配改革工作进行实践。结果护理人员的护理工作满意度显著提升。结论护理人员绩效二次分配的考核改革实现了多劳多得、优绩优酬的激励机制,极大程度调动了护理人员工作积极性,推动了优质护理服务工作的开展。 Objective In order to mobilize the enthusiasm of nursing staff, to explore the performance evaluation plan for the two times in the primary hospital. Methods Through repeated research and communication, to establish the working efficiently and quality of two yuan in the performance appraisal system, the establishment of the index weights and scores based on repeated research on the practice of the nursing performance two distribution reform. Results Nursing staff's satisfaction with nursing work was obviously improved. Conclusion The nursing staff performance assessment reform to achieve the two distribution incentive mechanism of hard work and excellent merit pay, greatly uroused the enthusiasm of nursing staff, to promote the development of high quality nursing service work.
