摘要
为加快铁路由运输生产型向现代物流型企业转型,充分发挥铁路在社会物流体系中的骨干作用,中国铁路总公司加大了物流节点设施建设的力度。铁路物流中心作为重要的物流节点设施,装备配置对其各项功能作用的发挥具有重要影响。针对当前快递和包装成件功能区物流装备配置方法的研究较为缺乏,采用需求传递理论构建"业务-功能-设备-参数"物流装备配置结构模型,提出以业务为导向的铁路物流中心成套装备体系和选型技术,并以快递功能区为例进行装备配置及选型,为物流中心功能区设计、装备配置提供参考。
In order to accelerate railway transport production enterprise transforming into modern logistics enterprise and fully play the important role in social logistics railway system, CHINA RAILWAY has intensified the construction power of logistics node facilities. Railway logistics center is an important logistics node facility, and the equipment configuration has an important influence on exerting each function of the center. Targeting the lack of research on configuration methods of logistics equipment in current express and packaged goods function areas, the demand-delivery theory is applied to establish the "businessfunction-equipment-parameter" logistics equipment configuration model, and this paper also puts forward the complete equipment system in business-oriented railway logistics center and the selection technology, and carries out the equipment configuration and selection through taking express function area as an example. All of these provide reference for function area design and equipment configuration in logistics center.
