摘要
为推动铁路从运输生产型企业向运输物流型企业转型发展,中国铁路总公司以铁路物流基地为基础构建铁路物流服务网络,支撑铁路拓展现代物流业务。受传统货场业态定位影响,铁路物流基地物流服务水平还有待提高,为此运用价值链理论和市场细分理论,提出铁路应以干线运输为核心,沿物流链条向两端延伸,实现物流价值增值,拓展铁路一体化物流运作能力,以及拓展铁路基础物流服务、提供定制化物流服务、延伸铁路增值物流服务、加强物流一体化管理和推动物流信息化管理与经营等发展对策。
In order to promote railway enterprise transferring from transport production into transport logistics, CHINA RAILWAY constructed the railway logistics service network based on railway logistics center and supported railway expanding modern logistics business. Influenced by business pattern positioning of traditional freight yard, the logistics service level of railway logistics center need improving, therefore, through using value chain theory and market segments theory, this paper points out that railway should take trunk line transportation as core and extend toward both end along logistics chain, so as to realize logistics value adding and expand the capability of railway integrated logistics operation, and the paper also puts forward development countermeasures, such as expanding railway basic logistics service, providing customized logistics service, expanding railway value-added logistics service, strengthening logistics integrated management and promoting logistics informationization management and operation.
