Thoughts on Developing Railway Value-insured Transportation based on Whole-process Logistics

随着铁路货运向现代物流转型发展的深化,铁路保价运输作为全程物流服务中的重要环节,面临着新的机遇和挑战。结合全程物流发展中铁路保价运输的优势,分析铁路保价运输在新政策宣传、主动理赔服务意识、保价系统运用等方面的不足,提出创新保价宣传方式、提升理赔赔付意识、完善保价系统、创新保价运输产品、促进全程物流运输安全的发展对策,充分发挥保价运输在铁路全程物流服务中的积极作用。

Following deepening of railway freight transportation transforming into modern logistics, railway value-insured transportation as an important link of whole-process logistics service, faces new opportunities and challenges. Combining with the advantages of railway value-insured transportation during the whole-process logistics development, this paper analyzes the deficiency of the transportation from the aspects of new policy propaganda, awareness of active compensation service and utilization of value insurance system. The paper also puts forward development countermeasures, such as innovating ways of value insurance propaganda, increasing compensation awareness, improving value insurance system, innovating value-insured transport products and promoting safety of whole-process logistics transportation, so as to fully exert the active role of value-insured transportation in railway whole-process logistics service.
