摘要
为提升现有货场装卸能力,提高铁路货物运输效率,在满足铁路中小型货场集装箱装卸机械技术条件基础上,对20 t门式起重机增吨至36 t进行研究,提出20 t门式起重机增吨到36 t的改造流程,即结构技术状态检测、制订改造方案、特种设备改造告知及现场施工、应力检测及重大修理监督检验等。对20 t门式起重机增吨改造后的门架载荷及结构有限元进行计算,结果表明,将既有门式起重机从20 t增吨到36 t是可行的,满足了铁路货场集装箱和其他货物的装卸需求。
To increase existing loading capacity of freight yard and improve efficiency of railway freight transportation, on the basis of satisfying the technical conditions of container loading machine in railway middle-size and small-size freight yard, this paper makes study on increasing tonnage of 20 t portal crane to 36 t, and puts forward the rebuilding process of increasing the tonnage, which means structural technical status inspection, rebuilding program establishment, announcement of special equipment rebuilding, on-site construction and stress inspection as well as overhaul maintenance supervision and inspection. The structure finite element of 20 t portal crane after increasing tonnage was calculated, the result shows increasing the tonnage of existing portal crane from 20 t to 36 t is feasible and could satisfy the loading demand of container and other goods in railway freight yard.
