摘要
在40 500 kV·A密闭电石炉中试用焦球及石灰球,通过优化两球入炉投加方式、料面处理等工艺操作,使两球得到合理利用,电耗、电石发气量、产量等参数稳定,不仅大大降低了电石的生产成本,而且减少了粉尘污染。
The coke balls and lime balls were tried out in a 40 500-kV· A closed calcium carbide furnace. The two balls were used reasonably through optimizing the process operations such as feeding method and material surface treatment. The parameters such as power consumption, acetylene evolution rate of calcium carbide and output were stable. Thus, not only was the production cost of calcium carbide greatly reduced, but also the dust pollution was reduced.
