我国医学相关类高职教育质量监测与评价现状研究

A Study on the Quality Monitoring and Evaluation of Medicalrelated Higher Vocational Education in China

目的对现今我国医学类相关高职院校的质量监测与评价现状进行研究,为进一步完善我国医学类高职质量监测及评价体系,提高教育质量做铺垫。方法根据文献检索法查找有关国内医学类高职质量监测与评价的文献及发展动态进行研究,并借鉴已有的理论成果进行分析、对比和总结,形成观点和结论。结果我国医学类高职质量监测与评价体系不够全面,在过去体系的基础上,不论从监测评价的主体、对象以及方法上均进行了改革,使质量监测与评价结果更加科学完善,但是仍然存在不足。结论如何根据高职医学教育的特点进一步提高人才产出质量仍是我国研究的重点内容。

Objective To study the situation of quality monitoring and evaluation of medical-related higher vocational colleges in China, further improve the quality monitoring and evaluation system of medical higher vocational colleges in order to improve the quality of education. Methods The relevant literatures about the situation and the development of the quality monitoring and evaluation of Chinese medical higher vocational colleges were found according to literature retrieval method. The conclusion was made by analyzing, comparing and summarizing the existing results. Results At present, quality monitoring and evaluation system of medical higher vocational college are not comprehensive in China. From the subject, object, and the approach to quality monitoring and evaluation of medical higher vocational colleges had been reformed, making the result more scientific and perfect compared with the old system, but there are still insufficient. Conclusion It is still the main study content about how to improve the quality of student＇s output according to the characteristics of the higher vocational medical education.
