呼出气一氧化氮(FeNO)在慢性阻塞性肺疾病中的临床研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 慢性阻塞性肺疾病是以气流受限为主的不可逆性慢性气道炎症性疾病,肺功能、慢性阻塞肺病评估测试(CAT)评分都不能充分评估气道慢性炎症变化。评价慢性阻塞性肺疾病气道炎症对病情判断,从而指导药物治疗有着重要的作用。气道中一氧化氮是气道炎症主要指标,呼出气一氧化氮检测是一项简单、方便、无创、安全、快速、精确、重复性高等特点的气道炎症检测手段。
