摘要
肠道内的杯状细胞在人体发育早期出现,可分化为数量较少的低黏液杯状细胞和成熟杯状细胞,均为单层柱状上皮细胞。肠道内的黏液层主要由杯状细胞分泌。黏蛋白的合成通常与黏蛋白的分泌同时进行,其合成与分泌受到许多因素的调节。肠黏膜上皮细胞的结构和功能的完整性依赖于黏液层的协同调控、细胞间的紧密连接和宿主的获得性免疫应答。
Goblet cells appear early in development and relatively undifferentiated oligomucous, can be divided into low-viscosity and mature goblet cells, are present in both simple columnar epithelium. Intestinal mucus layer is mainly secreted by goblet cells. Mucin secretion is frequently coupled with increased synthesis, and its synthesis and secretion are regulated by many factors. The structural and functional integrity of the intestinal mucosal epithelial cells depends on the co-regulation of the mucosal layer, the tight junction between the cells, and the acquired immune response of the host.
