乌拉地尔联合醒脑静对高血压急症患者疗效的研究

Study on the Effect of Urapidil Combined With Xingnaojing Injection on the Effect in Patients With Hypertension

目的探讨乌拉地尔联合醒脑静对高血压急症患者疗效的研究。方法选自2015年4月—2016年4月我院收治的高血压急症患者84例,按照随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,各42例。对照组采用乌拉地尔治疗,观察组在对照组基础上结合醒脑静注射液治疗。比较两组患者治疗疗效、血压、心率及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率(97.62%)高于对照组(80.95%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后SBP、DBP及心率低于对照组,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者心电图、血常规、尿常规、肝肾功能均未见异常,且均无严重不良反应。结论乌拉地尔联合醒脑静对高血压急症患者疗效显著。

Objective To investigate the effects of urapidil combined with Xingnaojing injection on the effect in patients with hypertension. Methods From April 2015 to April 2016, 84 cases of hypertensive emergencies admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, each with 42 cases. The control group was treated with urapidil, and the observation group was treated with Xingnaojing injection on the control group. The curative effect, blood pressure, heart rate were compared between the two groups, and the incidence of adverse reactions was observed. Resultst The total effective rate （97.62%） in the observation group was higher than that in the control group （80.95%）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; sBP, DBP and heart rate were lower in the observation group than in the control group （P〈0.05）; two groups of ECG, bloqd and urine routine, hepatic and renal function were normal, and no serious adverse reaction. Conclusion Urapidil combined with Xingnaojing injection has significant therapeutic effect on patients with hypertension.
