摘要
随着社会老龄化的加剧,阿尔兹海默病(Alzheimer disease,AD)逐渐成为威胁人类健康的主要疾病之一。但因其发生机制复杂,目前尚无有效疗法。但通过对其发病危险因素的控制和营养干预可以达到对AD的防治。本文就AD发病危险因素与营养干预的研究进展做一综述。
Alzheimer' s disease (AD) has gradually become one of the major disease threatening human heahh with the social aging. However, there is no effective treatment currently because of the complex mechanisms. It is important to screen the risk factors and to intervene by nutritional intervention for the control of AD. The research progress of the risk factors and nutritional intervention on AD was focused on in this review.
