双面蓝光照射治疗新生儿高胆红素血症60例临床疗效观察 被引量:10

摘要 目的观察双面蓝光治疗在新生儿高胆红素血症中的临床疗效。方法选取我院2015年3月~2017年3月两年间新生儿科收治的新生儿高胆红素血症患者120例,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组60例,实验组采用双面蓝光照射,对照组采用单面蓝光照射。观察两组患者经过蓝光照射治疗前及治疗后24 h、48 h、72 h、5 d后血清总胆红素的变化,以及两组经过治疗后出现各种副作用的情况,进行统计分析和对比。结果两组患者在治疗前血清总胆红素相似,经过两种不同方法的治疗后,双面蓝光照射的实验组患儿血清总胆红素相对于单面蓝光照射的对照组患儿明显下降(P<0.05),并且治疗时间更短,疗效显著。从并发症上看,双面蓝光照射患儿出现的副作用例数比单面蓝光照射病例增多。结论采用双面蓝光照射治疗新生儿高胆红素血症比单面蓝光照射的临床效果明显,蓝光照射时间明显缩短,值得广大基层医院推广应用。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of double-sided blue light therapy in the treatment of neonatal hy- perbilirubinemia. Methods 120 patients with neonatal hyperbilirubinemia who were admitted to the Neonatology De- partment in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2017 were selected, and were randomly divided into the experi- mental group and the control group, with 60 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with double-sided blue light irradiation, and the control group was treated with single-sided blue light irradiation. The changes of serum total bilirubin ratio before treatment, 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours and 5 days after the treatment were observed in both groups, and various side effects after the treatment were observed in both groups. The results were statistically analyzed and compared. Results The serum total bilirubin were similar in both groups before treatment. After two dif- ferent methods of treatment, the serum total bilirubin in the experimental group receiving double-sided blue light irra- diation was decreased significantly compared with the control group receiving single-sided blue light irradiation(P〈0.05), and the treatment time was shorter, and the effect was significant. From the point of view of complications, the case number of adverse effects in the patients receiving double-sided blue light irradiation was more than the patients receiving single-sided blue light irradiation. Conclusion The treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia with double-sided blue light irradiation is more effective than single-sided blue light irradiation. The blue light irradiation time is significantly shorter, which is worthy of popularization and application in grass-root hospitals.
