无痛护理在跟骨骨折术后夜间痛患者中的应用价值

The application value of painless nursing in patients with nocturnal pain after calcaneal fracture

目的探讨无痛护理在跟骨骨折术后夜间痛患者中的应用价值。方法将2015年2月1日~2016年12月31日期间80例接受手术治疗的跟骨骨折患者随机分成两组,每组40例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组采取无痛护理。对比两组患者术后患肢肿胀情况、夜间痛程度以及睡眠质量。结果两组患者术前患肢肿胀程度对比无明显差异(P>0.05),术后3 d两组虽都有好转,但观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后夜间痛程度明显较对照组患者更轻微(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后睡眠质量评分为(18.62±1.02)分,对照组为(13.25±1.25)分,两组对比存在明显差异(P<0.05)。结论无痛护理在跟骨骨折术后夜间痛患者中具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To explore the application value of painless nursing in patients with nocturnal pain after calcaneal fractures. Methods 80 calcaneal fracture patients treated with surgery from February 1, 2015 to December 31, 2016 were randomly divided into two groups, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the observation group was treated with painless nursing. The limb swelling, nocturnal pain degree and sleep quality between the two groups after surgery were compared. Results There was no significant difference in the degree of limb swelling between the two groups before surgery（P〉0.05）. The limb swelling of the two groups improved at three days after surgery. However, the limb swelling of the observation group was better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. The degree of nocturnal pain was significantly slighter in the observation group than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Postoperative sleep quality score in the observation group was（18.62±.02） points and the score in the control group was （13.25±1.25） points, there was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Painless nursing has a high application value in patients with nocturnal pain after calcaneal fractures.
