综合护理干预对高血压脑出血患者的治疗依从性及生活质量的影响

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the treatment compliance and quality of life in the patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

目的探讨综合护理干预对高血压脑出血患者的治疗依从性及生活质量的影响。方法 2014年1月~2016年1月,我院对49例高血压脑出血患者采取综合性护理干预,并与同期应用常规对症护理的49例高血压脑出血患者的护理效果进行对比,比较两组患者的治疗依从性及生活质量评分情况。结果干预组的总依从率为95.9%(47/49),高于对照组的总依从率[71.4%(35/49)],两组依从性组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组与对照组患者干预前的力量、手功能、记忆和思维、行动、情感交流及生活质量总分比较,差异无统计学意义;干预后,两组比较差异有统计学意义,且干预组患者的力量、手功能、记忆和思维、行动、情感交流及生活质量总分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对高血压脑出血患者在积极治疗的同时采取综合性护理干预,有利于提高患者的治疗积极性及依从性,从而显著改善其生活质量及预后。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the treatment compliance and quality of life in the patients with hypertensive intraeerebral hemorrhage. Methods A total of 49 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were given comprehensive nursing intervention, and they were compared with the nursing effect of conventional symptomatic nursing care in 49 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage during the same period. The treatment compliance and the quality of life scores were compared between the two groups. Results The total compliance rate in the intervention group was 95.9% （47/49）, higher than the total compliance rate of 71.4%（35/49） in the control group, there was significant difference in the com- pliance between the two groups（P〈0.05）. There were no significant differences in the overall scores of strength, hand function, memory and thinking, action, emotional communication and quality of life between the intervention group and the control group before intervention. After intervention, there were significant differences between the two groups, and the overall scores of power, hand function, memory and thinking, action, emotional communication and quality of life in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for the patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage on the basis of the positive treatment is helpful to improve patients＂ treatment initiative and compliance, so as to significantly improve their quality of life and prognosis.
