以轴流式风机叶片为例,详细阐述了逆向建模的思路和流程,并利用逆向工程软件Geomagic Design X对点云数据进行处理,得到了高质量的三维模型,并通过Live Transfer技术将模型导入到Solidworks软件中。该方法既可获得高质量的三维模型,还可缩短产品开发周期,具有较好的应用价值。

This paper illustrates the application of the reverse modeling ideas and processes in the process of the reversing mod- el based on the case study of axial fan blades, and the point cloud data was processed with Geomagic Design X software, and then the 3D model with was obtained. The model was imported to the Solidworks software by the LiveTransfer technology. With this method, it not only can get high quality 3D models, but also shorten the product development cycle and has good application value.
