目前湖南在对接"一带一路",打造开放强省平台方面面临诸多新机遇,但要成功对接好"一带一路",湖南仍需"碾过"四块"硬骨头",主要表现在:经济湖南的2个短板,外交湖南的2个不顺,弯道超车的2个不畅和智慧湖南的2个短路,如何赢得这场对接"一带一路"攻坚战的胜利,湖南在方略上,一是要完善外贸企业服务支持体系,提高湖南对外贸易水平;二是要加大基础设施建设,促进湖南互联互通;三是要利用举办国际友城友好交流活动周,借助友好城市关系推动湖南对外开放,四是充分利用"互联网+",推动湖南智慧城市的建设。

Hunan is faced with many new opportunities while creating an open platform for the province under ＂The Belt and Road＂. Hunan still needs to overcome the following four problems for successfully meeting the requirements of ＂The Belt and Road＂ ：the two short slabs of Hunan economy, the two setbacks of the diplomacy in Hunan, the two disadvantages of overtaking in the corner and the two short circuits of the wisdom Hunan. How do we win battle victory in meeting the requirements of ＂The Belt and Road＂ ？Firstly, Hunan needs to improve the service support system of foreign trade enterprises to improve the level of foreign trade; secondly,Infrastructure construction should be greatly developed to promote the connectivity of Hunan; thirdly, Friendly Exchange Week of International Friendly Cities is held promote the opening of Hunan; fourthly, ＂Internet plus＂ is fully made use of to promote the construction of smart city of Hunan.
