摘要 借鉴发达国家的教育经验,国家提出了对小学教师师资培养的新方向,即培养卓越的全科型小学教师。专业实践能力的培养应成为小学全科教师培养的重要部分,其方法主要包括:增加见习、实习时间,加大见习、实习力度与深度;组织教学技能大赛,夯实教学基本功;模拟学校环境,实景演练沟通技巧;增强反思意识,促进自我发展;鼓励科学研究,增强创新意识。 Using the experience of developed countries for reference, china puts forward the new direction for primary school teachers' training, namely to cultivate excellent general primary school teachers. The essence of education lies in practice, so the ability of professional practice is particularly important for primary school teachers. The cultivation of professional practice ability should become the important part of the general primary school teacher training. It should be considered from the perspective of practice teaching and teachers' own development, to conform to the times demand, conform to the primary student's body and mind law of development, meet the needs of primary education.
