哈茨木霉菌对灰葡萄孢菌生长的抑制及培养基优化研究

Research on Inhibition of Trichoderma harzianum on Growth of Botrytis cinerea Pers and Its Medium Optimization

哈茨木霉菌是一种重要的生防菌,灰葡萄孢菌是番茄灰霉病的病原菌,通过对峙试验研究哈芡木霉菌对灰葡萄孢菌的抑制作用。结果表明,该哈茨木霉菌在室内能够很好地抑制灰葡萄孢菌的生长。哈茨木霉菌的培养采用固液双相培养的方法,用正交试验优化法分别对液体培养基和固体培养基进行优化。结果表明,该哈茨木霉菌在优化好的固液双相培养基上能产生5.6×109个孢子。

Trichoderma harzianum is a kind of important biocontrol fungus.Botrytis cinerea Pets is the pathogen of tomato grey mould.The results of dual culture showed that the T.harzianum could restrain the growth of Botrytis cirterea Pers.Cuhivation of T.harzianum adopted the solid-liquid two- phase method ,used orthogonal test of the liquid medium and solid medium to optimize.The results showed that the T.harzianum could produce 5.6×109 spores in the mediums.
