不同杀菌剂对降香黄檀和油茶炭疽病菌的室内毒力测定 被引量:2

摘要 采用菌丝生长速率法测定了7种不同杀菌剂对降香黄檀和油茶炭疽病菌的室内毒力效果。结果表明,98%溴菌腈对降香黄檀和油茶炭疽病菌菌丝生长的抑制作用最强,EC50值分别为0.019 5 mg/m L和0.001 1 mg/m L;其次是97%吡唑醚菌酯和96.8%苯醚甲环唑;81%氨基寡糖素在供试浓度下几乎无任何抑制活性。 The mycelium growth rate method was used to determine inhibitory effect of the seven different fungicides against CoUetotrichun gloeosporioides from Dalbergia odorifera and Camellia oleifera.The results showed that bromoxynil(98% ,w) had the strongest inhibitory activity on Colletotrichun gloeosporioides, and the EC50 values were 0.019 5 mg/mL and 0.001 1 mg/mL, respectively.Pyraclostrobine (97%, w) and difenoconazole (96.8%, w ) also showed good antifungal activities on the Colletotrichun gloeosporioides.While the amino-oligosaechaxin (81%, w) didn't show any inhibitory activities under the test concentration.
