摘要
如何削减黄曲霉及其毒素污染,是国内外学者非常关注和研究解决的重要课题。多年研究获得的物理、化学、生物等方法,已被用来解决黄曲霉及其毒素的污染问题,但至今未找到一种经济实用可大规模推广的解毒方法。因此,继续探寻和研发高效、廉价、无副作用的黄曲霉及其毒素污染防控措施,依然是当前科技工作者迫切需要解决的问题。本文主要从分子生物学、风险预警、拮抗微生物等方面介绍近年来黄曲霉及其毒素污染防控技术和方法的较新研究进展,并归纳出可能的研发趋势,以期为该领域今后进一步深入研究提供一些依据和参考。
How to eliminate or decrease the infection of Aspergillus flavus and aflatoxin is an important subject which has been paid more attention by researchers. Measures of physics, chemistry and biology result from many years' studys have been used to solve those problems,but have no practical and economical detoxifying method which could be generalized in large scale has been found.Accordingly, keeping exploring and researching some measures which can prevent and control AspergiUus flavus with high efficiency and no side effect is still impending to be solved for present researchers. This review article mainly introduced some new advances on preventing and controlling the infection of Aspergillus flavus and aflatoxin from molecule biology ,risk prediction and antagonistic microbe ,and concluded the possible research trends, so as to provide some references and evidences for going deep into researches on this field in the future.
