当前,我国住院医师规范化培训正处于一个不断探索的阶段,虽然也取得了一定的成绩,但仍需进一步提升住院医师规范化培训的质量。随着影像学发展的日新月异,其在临床诊疗工作中发挥的重要作用也备受关注。目前PACS系统在影像教学实践中已经取得了初步进展,其教学优势明显。本研究尝试将PACS系统应用于住院医师规范化培训工作中,就其应用展望从以下3个方面:住院医师规范化培训发展背景及现状、PACS系统在教学实践中的应用、PACS系统能否与住院医师培训进行有效的结合做了简要概述。
