临床路径教学在外周血管疾病介入医师教学培训中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨临床路径教学在心血管疾病介入医师教学培训中的应用效果。方法选取接受外周血管介入培训的医师40例作为研究对象。将其随机分为常规培训组和临床路径组,每组各20例,比较培训后两组学员理论与技能得分、评价培训效果。结果临床路径组学员理论知识得分、实操技能得分均高于常规培训组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);临床路径教学法在激发学习兴趣、提高学习效率、增强独立思考与获取信息能力方面均优于常规培训法,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在外周血管疾病介入培训中应用临床路径教学法,能提高学员理论知识与实操技能,有利于激发学员学习兴趣、提高学习效率、增强独立思考与获取信息的能力。 Objective To explore the application of clinical pathways in the teaching and training of cardiovascular disease intervention physicians. Methods 40 cases of physicians who received peripheral vascular interventional training were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a routine training group and a clinical pathway group, 20 patients in each group. After the training, the two groups of students' theory and skills score, evaluation training effect. Results The scores of knowledge, practical skills in clinical pathway group were higher than conventional training group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). The clinical pathway teaching method has more advantages in stimulating learning interest, improving learning efficiency and enhancing independent thinking and acquiring information ability compared with the conventional training method, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Clinical pathway teaching method in interventional training of peripheral vascular diseases, which can improve the students' theoretical knowledge and practical skills, it is beneficial to arouse students'interest in learning, improve their learning efficiency, and enhance their ability of thinking independently and acquiring information.
