摘要
简单设计的案例式教学在妇产科临床教学中的缺憾日益凸显。优化案例式教学法包含两个层面的含义:(1)案例设计更加典型、真实而贴近临床,诊疗经过更加科学严谨;(2)实施案例式教学法手段更丰富有效。优化案例式教学法将在妇产科临床前教育中发挥更加积极的作用,适应医学教育改革。
The shortcoming of the simple design case teaching in clinical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology is increasingly prominent. The optimization case teaching method contains two meanings: first, the case design is more typical, true and close to the clinical, the diagnosis and treatment is more scientific and rigorous. Secondly, the implementation of the case-based teaching method is more effective. The optimization of case teaching method will play a more active role in the pre-clinical education of obstetrics and gynecology, and adapt to the reform of medical education.
