摘要 随着经济全球化对外交流的增加和我国医学事业的快速发展,越来越多的外国留学生来华接受医学教育,医学留学生教育已成为高等医学教育的重要组成部分,越来越受到教育部门和高校的重视。医学留学生的教学除了重视理论教学,实习带教工作在医学教育中也占有非常重要的地位。这就要求高校老师采取具有针对性的措施,提高教学质量,从而达到良好教学效果。以问题为基础的学习模式(Problem-based Learning,PBL)可以有效培养学生互动学习,分析和解决问题的能力。文章就我科利用国际上较为广泛的PBL进行留学生实习带教工作的初步经验进行总结,旨在提高我国医学留学生的教学水平,促进医学教育的国际化进程的发展。 With the increase of economic globalization and the rapid development of China's medical industry, more and more foreign students come to China to receive medical education, medical students education has become an important part of higher medical education, more and more by the education sector and Colleges and universities attach importance to. In addition to attaching importance to theoretical teaching, the teaching of medical students also plays a very important role in medical education. This requires our teachers to take targeted measures to improve the quality of teaching, so as to achieve good teaching results. Problem-based learning (PBL) can effectively cultivate students' ability of interactive learning, analysis and problem-solving. This paper summarizes the experience of using PBL in international practice, which aims at improving the teaching level of Chinese medical students and promoting the internationalization of medical education.
