摘要
翻转课堂是以学生为中心的在课外进行自主式学习的方式,课堂上的时间用于对学习者遇到的困难进行解决。本研究以翻转课堂教学理论为指导,利用学校的网络教学平台和微课资源库,结合地方医学院校学生的学习特点,将翻转课堂教学模式应用到局部解剖学教学的改革实践之中,并设计出了一套完整科学的针对局部解剖学翻转课堂教学模式的教学评价体系。结果表明:翻转课堂大大激发了学生学习局部解剖学的主动性及学习兴趣,明显提高了学生自主学习、分析问题、解决问题的能力,真正实现了从"要我学"到"我要学"的巨大转变,给局部解剖学的教学带来了新的生机与启迪。引入和借鉴翻转课堂的成功教学模式,必将对解剖学乃至整个医学的教学模式的改革产生积极的影响。
The flipped classroom was a student-centered self-study outside the classroom, the time in the classroom is used to solve the difficulties encountered by the learner. Based on the theory of flipped classroom, using the web-based teaching platform and micro lessons in Binzhou Medical University, considering the learning characteristics of local medical college students, the teaching mode of flipped classroom was applied to the practice of Regional AnatomY teaching, and a complete and scientific evaluation system was designed for the teaching mode of flipped classroom of Regional Anatomy teaching. The results show that the flipped classroom had greatly stimulated the students 'interest in studying local Regional Anatomy, improved the students' ability of autonomous learning, analyzing and solving problems, and realized the great change from "let me learn" to "I want to learn", and brought new vitality and inspiration to the Regional Anatomy teaching. The introduction of the successful teaching mode of the flipped classroom will surely have a positive impact on the reform of the teaching model of anatomy and the whole medicine.
