摘要
目的探讨和分析超声弹性成像对甲状腺微小癌的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2014年2月—2016年2月我院体检中检出甲状腺结节直径≤10 mm的患者95例(结节124枚),以病理诊断为金标准,比较常规超声(TI-RADS评分法)、弹性成像(弹性成像评分法),结果 TI-RADS评分法灵敏度为71.4%,特异度为93.9%,准确率为87.1%。弹性成像评分法灵敏度为90.5%,特异度为97.6%,准确率为95.2%。弹性成像评分法准确性高于TI-RADS评分法,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=4.99,P<0.05)。结论与常规超声相比,超声弹性成像诊断甲状腺微小癌的准确性更加可靠。
Objective To investigate and analyze the value of ultrasonic elastography in the diagnosis of thyroid microcarcinoma. Methods A retrospective analysis of 95 cases of patients diagnosed with thyroid nodules less than 10 mm (124 nodules) admitted to our hospital for physical examination from February 2014 to February 2016 was conducted, pathological diagnosis was taken as the gold standard, conventional ultrasound (TI-RADS score), elasticity imaging (elastography score) were compared. Results TI-RADS score sensitivity was 71.4%, the rate of specificity was 93.9%, the rate of accuracy was 87.1%. The sensitivity of the elastography scoring system was 90.5%, the specificity was 97.6%, and the accuracy rate was 95.2%. The accuracy of elastography scoring method was higher than that of TIRADS scoring method, and the difference was statistically significant (χ^2=4.99, P〈0.05). Conclusion Compared with conventional ultrasound, ultrasound elastography is more reliable in the diagnosis of thyroid mieroeareinoma.
