浅析CT影像诊断对急性胰腺炎的诊断价值

Diagnostic Value of CT Imaging in Acute Pancreatitis

目的研究和分析CT影像诊断对急性胰腺炎的诊断价值。方法针对2015年1月—2017年1月我院收治的85例急性胰腺炎患者作为研究对象,采用多层螺旋CT进行检查,其实际医疗器械为飞利浦Brilliance MD多层螺旋CT机,增强扫描采用300 mg I/ml、100 ml肘静脉团注射法。结果 67例患者诊断为急性水肿型胰腺炎,28例患者诊断为急性坏死型胰腺炎。胰头增大的患者有24例,胰腺炎表现正常的患者为11例,存在胰体、胰尾单独或者同时增加的患者为50例。在85例急性胰腺炎患者中,胰腺头部出现增大的情况有25例患者,最大值胰腺头部为32 mm。胰腺尾部增大的患者有46例,胰腺尾部最大值为33 mm。使用增强扫描的患者一共有21例。结论在临床中,CT检查急性胰腺炎的效果显著,层次分明,能够有效地显示出及其周围组织的状况,及时找到病灶部位,区分胆石症、急性胆囊炎风疾病,有助于形成更加规范化、合理化的治疗方案和预后方案,具有较高的临床价值。

Objective To investigate and analyze the diagnostic value of CT imaging in acute pancreatitis. Methods 85 cases of patients with acute pancreatitis treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were studied, using multi-slice spiral CT examination, the actual medical equipment for the PHILPS Brilliance MD multi-slice spiral CT scan, using 300 mgI/ml 100 ml bolus injection method. Results 67 cases of patients were diagnosed as acute edematous pancreatitis, and 28 patients were diagnosed as acute necrotizing pancreatitis. There were 24 patients with enlarged head of pancreas, 11 patients with normal pancreatitis, and 50 patients with pancreatic body and pancreatic tail alone or at the same time. In 85 patients with acute pancreatitis, the presence of enlarged head of the pancreas occurred in 25 patients, with a maximum of 32 mm in the head of the pancreas. There were 46 cases with enlarged tail of pancreas, and the maximum value of the tail of pancreas was 33 mm. There were 21 patients with enhanced scan. Conclusion In the clinical examination of acute pancreatitis, CT effect, structured, can effectively show its surrounding tissues, find lesions timely, distinguish cholelithiasis, acute cholecystitis wind disease, contribute to the formation of more standardized and rational treatment plan and prognosis, with a high clinical value that is worthy of further clinical application and promotion.
