螺旋CT诊断肺癌的应用CT表现分析

CT Scan for CT Diagnosis of Lung Cancer in Spiral CT

目的分析螺旋CT诊断肺癌的临床应用价值。方法选取80例肺癌患者作为研究对象。将患者术后病理结果作为金标准,术前均给予所有患者螺旋CT检测。比较患者螺旋CT检查准确率。结果螺旋CT检查准确率为97.50%,与术后病理结果对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在螺旋CT检查中,能够明显地看出多数患者的病灶直径≥3 cm,良性结节存在较大的重叠性,同时,在影像中可以看出患者病灶病原的斑片状钙化、云絮状、网状以及不规则钙化等现象严重,呈弥漫性分布,其阴影相对明显。结论在肺癌检查中,运用螺旋CT对其进行观察,能够明确病灶状况,为临床诊断与治疗提供可靠的信息,其准确率相对较高。

Objective To analyze the clinical application value of spiral CT diagnosis of lung cancer. Methods 80 patients with lung cancer were selected as the subjects. The patient＇s pathological findings were used as the gold standard, and all patients were examined by spiral CT before operation. The accuracy of spiral CT examination was compared. Results The accuracy of spiral CT was 97.50%, and there was no significant difference between the two groups after operation （P〉0.05）. Spiral CT examination showed clearly the majority of patients with lesions with a diameter greater than 3 cm, the conscience of overlapping large nodules, at the same time, the image can be seen in patients with lesions of pathogenic patchy calcification, flocculent, reticular and irregular calcification and other serious phenomenon, a diffuse distribution, its shadow was relatively obvious. Conclusion In the examination of lung cancer, the observation of the spiral CT is used to determine the condition of the lesion and provide reliable information for clinical diagnosis and treatment. And the accuracy is relatively high.
