腹腔镜肾部分切除术治疗肾脏肿瘤的临床疗效观察

Observation on the Curative Effect of Laparoscopic Partial Nephrectomy in the Treatment of Patients With Renal Tumor

目的观察分析腹腔镜肾部分切除术治疗肾脏肿瘤的临床疗效。方法对46例肾脏肿瘤患者行腹腔镜肾部分切除术,观察治疗后的状态和效果。结果 46例手术均成功,无脏器损伤和中转开放性手术,未发生镇痛;平均手术时间(142.76±31.25)min、术中出血量(125.27±10.04)ml、肾脏热缺血时间(24.21±2.11)min、肠道恢复时间(2.24±0.35)d、住院时间(9.22±1.15)h;术后复检未发现肿瘤转移或者复发情况。结论腹腔镜肾部分切除术治疗肾脏肿瘤的临床效果十分显著,康复快、创伤小、安全性较高。

Objective To analyze the laparoscopic partial nephrectomy clinical curative effect of renal tumors. Methods 46 cases of kidney tumor patients laparoscopic partial nephrectomy, to observe the status. Results 46 cases are performed successfully, without viscera damage and open surgery, not pain; Operation time（142.76±31.25）min, intraoperative blood loss （125.27±10.04） ml, kidney warm ischemia time（24.21±2.11 ）min, intestinal recovery time（2.24±0.35） d, length of hospital stay （9.22±1.15） h. The review found no tumor metastasis or recurrence following surgery. Conclusion Laparoscopic partial nephrectomy in the treatment of renal tumor effect is remarkable, quicker recovery, small trauma, high safety.
