解剖钢板螺丝钉系统与普通钢板螺丝钉系统内固定治疗股骨髁部骨折的效果

To Evaluate the Effect of Anatomical Plate Screw System and Internal Fixation With Plain Plate and Screw System in the Treatment of Femoral Condylar Fracture

目的对股骨髁部骨折患者实施普通钢板螺丝钉系统内固定与解剖钢板螺丝钉系统治疗的应用效果进行分析。方法随机将我院股骨髁部骨折患者68例分成两组:A组(行普通钢板螺丝钉内固定术)与B组(行解剖钢板内固定术),每组各34例。对两组患者的总优良率状况进行比较。结果 A组的总优良率为73.53%,B组的总优良率为94.12%,两组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对股骨髁部骨折患者实施解剖钢板内固定术治疗的应用效果比普通钢板螺丝钉内固定术效果理想。

Objective To analyze the effect of internal fixation with plate screw system and anatomical plate screw system in the treatment of femoral condylar fracture. Methods 68 cases of femoral condyle fracture were randomly divided into two groups： group A （plain plate screw fixation） and group B （anatomical plate internal fixation）, 34 cases in each group. The overall excellent and good rates of the two groups were compared. Results Group A total was 73.53%, the total group B was 94.12%, compared two groups, the differences are statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with fracture of the femoral condyles and application effect of anatomic plate fixation treatment than ordinary steel plate screw fixation effect is ideal.
