不同后路内固定方法治疗脊椎爆裂性骨折的临床分析

摘要 目的探讨不同后路内固定方法治疗脊椎爆裂性骨折的临床效果。方法抽取52例脊椎爆裂性骨折患者作为研究对象,并将其随机分为两组。甲组(n=26)应用椎弓根螺钉三椎体内固定术,乙组(n=26)应用短节段椎弓根钉内固定术,对两组手术疗效进行统计学分析。结果(1)治疗前,甲组的椎管占位率、椎间隙高度、Cobb角与乙组相比,差异均不具有统计学意义(均P>0.05);(2)治疗后,甲组的椎管占位率、椎间隙高度、Cobb角均优于乙组,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论椎弓根螺钉三椎体内固定术治疗脊椎爆裂性骨折的临床效果最佳。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of different posterior fixation methods in the treatment of vertebral burst fractures. Methods 52 patients with spinal burst fractures were selected as the subjects, and they were randomly divided into two groups. Group A (n = 26) was treated with pedicle screw fixation, group B (n=26) was treated with short segment pedicle screw fixation Surgery, the two groups of surgical efficacy of statistical analysis. Results (1) There was no significant difference in the occupying rate, intervertebral height, Cobb angle and control group between two groups before treatment, the difference was not statistically significant (P〉0.05); (2) After treatment, the occupying rate, intervertebral height and Cobb angle of group A were better than those of group B, the difference was statistically sgnificant (P〈0.01). Conclusion The clinical effect of pedicle screw fixation for vertebral burst fracture is the best.
