心肌缺血和心律失常应用两种不同心电图诊断的临床对比

Clinical Comparison of Two Different Electrocardiographic Diagnosis of Myocardial Ischemia and Arrhythmia

目的分析探讨冠心病患者心肌缺血和心律失常应用动态心电图与常规心电图诊断的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的98例冠心病患者为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各49例。结果对照组患者出现心肌缺血阳性频率低于观察组,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者在心肌缺血以及心律失常等病症发生频率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床可将动态心电图和常规心电图结合使用,能有效提高诊断的准确率。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of electrocardiogram and conventional electrocardiogram （ECG） in patients with coronary heart disease and cardiac arrhythmia. Methods 98 cases of patients with coronary heart disease were selected from our hospital, and 98 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 49 cases in each group. Results The positive frequency of myocardial ischemia in patients with control group was significantly lower than that in the observation group,and the study was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. At the same time, the patients in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group in the frequency of myocardial isehemia and arrhythmias, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combination of dynamic electrocardiogram and conventional electrocardiogram can effectively improve the accuracy of diagnosis.
