早期积极降压治疗高血压脑出血的治疗效果观察

Therapeutic Effect of Early Active Antihypertensive Therapy on Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage

目的对早期积极降压治疗高血压脑出血的治疗效果进行观察研究。方法随机选取2015年7月—2016年7月我院接收治疗的60例高血压脑出血患者作为研究对象,按照所采取的不同治疗方法,将其划分成两个组别,对照组(30例)采取常规治疗,研究组(30例)采取早期积极降压治疗,对两组患者的临床效果进行观察比较。结果两组患者经治疗后血肿体积、NHISS评分均得到一定改善,且研究组的血肿体积为(11.6±6.9)ml,对照组血肿体积(15.1±9.2)ml,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组NHISS评分为(14.8±2.3)分,对照组NHISS评分为(20.1±2.6)分,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组总有效率为76.7%,对照组为53.3%,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期积极降压应用于治疗高血压脑出血临床效果满意。

Objective To observe and study the effect of early active antihypertensive treatment on hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods 60 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage received treatment in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2016 were randomly selected as the study objects. According to the different treatment methods, which were divided into two groups, 30 cases in the control group took routine treatment, 30 patients in study group took early active antihypertensive treatment, observation and comparison of two grouPs of clinical effect. Results Hematoma volume and NHISS score were improved in the two groups after treatment, and the volume of hematoma in the study grbup was （11.6±6.9） ml, hematoma volume in the control group （15.1±9.2） ml, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The NHISS score of the study group was （14.8±2.3） points, the score of NHISS in the control group was （20.1±2.6） points, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of the study group was 76.7%, the control group was 53.3%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The positive effect of early antihypertensive treatment on hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage is satisfactory.
