氟喹诺酮类药物的不良反应分析及临床用药指导

Analysis of Adverse Reaction and Clinical Medication Instruction of Fluoroquinolones

目的通过分析氟喹诺酮类药物的不良反应特点,旨在为患者临床合理用药提供理论依据,保障用药的合理性。方法回顾性分析2014年2月—2016年1月在我院治疗中使用氟喹诺酮类药物引起不良反应的60例患者的临床资料,探讨其使用氟喹诺酮类药物的种类、对患者的给药途径及方式、发生不良反应累及的系统及临床表现。结果氟喹诺酮类药物中左氧氟沙星为引起患者不良反应最常见药物;静脉注射、单独给药的不良反应率高于口服用药及联合用药的方式;在患者的不良反应中主要累及消化系统、神经系统、皮肤及心血管系统。结论采用氟喹诺酮类药物对患者进行治疗时,应严格遵循药物的适应证和禁忌证,合理选择给药途径,重视高危人群预防药物不良反应发生,以提高用药的安全性。

Objective To analyze the adverse reactions offluoroqninolones, The purpose of this study is to provide the theoretical basis for the rational use of drugs in patients, to ensure the rationality of medication. Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 60 cases from February 2014 to January 2016 the use of fluoroquinolones to cause adverse reactions in patients treated in our hospital as the research object, to explore the type, use of fluoroquinolones in patients with the ways of administration and the mode and system of adverse reactions and clinical manifestations and tired. Results Fluoroquinolone levofloxacin to cause adverse reactions in patients with the most common drug; intravenous injection, separate to the adverse reaction rate was significantly higher than that of oral administration of drugs and drug combination way; in patients with adverse reactions in the digestive system, mainly involving the nervous system, skin and cardiovascular system. Conclusion When fluoroquinolones are used to treat patients, drug indications and contraindications should be strictly observed, rational choice of route of administration, paying attention to high-risk groups to prevent adverse drug reactions, in order to improve the safety of medication.
