氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗心肌梗死的疗效分析

Efficacy of Clopidogrel Combined With Aspirin in the Treatment of Myocardial Infarction

目的观察分析氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗心肌梗死的疗效。方法选取我院2015年1月—2017年1月收治的心肌梗死患者68例作为研究对象。将其随机分成观察组和对照组,每组各34例。观察组采用氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗,对照组采用阿司匹林治疗,观察比较两组的临床疗效及凝血情况。结果观察组的临床总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的凝血情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后PT比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);APTT和PAR比较,观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗心肌梗死疗效确切。

Objective To observe the efficacy of clopidogrel combined with aspirin in the treatment of myocardial infarction. Methods 68 cases of patients with myocardial infarction admitted in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group （n=34）. The observation group was treated with clopidogrel and aspirin. The control group was treated with aspirin, The clinical efficacy and coagulation status of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0,05）.There was no significant difference between the two groups （P〉0.05）. There was no significant difference about PT between the two groups （P〉0.05）.The APTT and PAR were significantly better than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The efficacy of clopidogrel combined with aspirin in the treatment of myocardial infarction is accurate and worthy of clinical application and promotion.
